What access do you need to conduct an architecture review or audit?
For initial assessments, zero access is required—we review diagrams and architectural decisions over screen share. For full audits, read-only IAM credentials and read access to your Terraform/IaC repositories are sufficient. No production write access is ever required.
Do you work under an NDA?
Yes. All commercial consulting engagements and initial code discussions are conducted under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) executed before any private architecture details are shared.
How are consulting fees structured?
I offer transparent, fixed-scope milestone pricing for audits and migrations, or monthly retainer arrangements for ongoing advisory and architectural governance. Invoices are issued in USD, GBP, or EUR with direct international wire transfers.
